In this webinar, derivatives specialist Jason Alan Jankovsky discusses the use of Volume and Open Interest as clues for anticipating changes in market order flow. Due to the nature of futures markets it is crucial for the trader to understand basic market structure from the standpoint of liquidation pressure. Because it is impossible for any trader to hold an open futures position forever, a sound foundation of how volume and open interest disclose potential liquidation pressures can help a trader pick his entry and exit points with better precision. Mr. Jankovsky is a firm believer that trader psychology is by far the most critical part of a successful trading approach and he also discusses how trader psychology is intimately involved with observing order flows and understanding liquidation pressures.
