The CBOT® has extended temporary Exchange transaction fee waivers with respect to specified CBOT contracts as indicated below. 

-        Level 1 through Level 4 transaction fees for full-sized and mini-sized Gold and Silver futures through June 30, 2008; 

-        Transaction fees at all fee levels for Gold and Silver Options through June 30, 2008; and 

-        Transaction fees at all fee levels for CBOT Credit Default Swap Index futures through December 31, 2008.  

These fee waivers previously were scheduled to expire as of December 31, 2007.
