The Exchange, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to summarily terminate the connection of any member or non-member, or the access of any ITM. Additionally, the Exchange, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to direct a member or non-member with a direct connection to immediately terminate access to the e-cbot system of any user. (11/29/07)
